Troubleshooting your WildBlue service

If you are experiencing trouble connecting to the Internet, please try a few simple things:

Looking at the modem, make sure the second light from the top is on. When that light is on, it means your modem is connected to the Internet. If that light is not on, check the connection from your modem to the coaxial cable in the back of it, and make sure it is attached tightly. Then unplug the modem from the electric outlet on your wall, wait 30 seconds, then plug it in again.

Troubleshooting Questions:

  1. From the time your installer set up WildBlue, has anything happened to obstruct the dish's clear view of the southern sky?
  2. After your installation did anyone in your home temporarily move your dish for any reason?
  3. Does your dish have snow, leaves or other debris on it, or did you move the dish in attempting to remove such debris?

If you answered "yes" to any of these questions you may need to have your dish re-pointed. Please contact Customer Care at 866-945-3258 for further assistance.
